Enkei believes that people are it's most important assets. Reporting to the CEO, the GM HR will be responsible for:
- Setting and running best of breed recruit, retain and release processes for attracting and retaining talent
- Create growth paths for different type of employees
- Identify Leaders and put them on a fast growth track
- Design, implement and run a relevant appraisal system within the organization
- Set training programs which are aligned to company business objectives to increase overall knowledge levels and employee effectiveness
- Constantly work at increasing overall employee performance within the organization
- Create a proactive, knowledge and results oriented, positive thinking working environment
