Job Description
Enkei believes that people are it's most important assets. Reporting to the CEO, the GM HR will be responsible for:
  • Setting and running best of breed recruit, retain and release processes for attracting and retaining talent
  • Create growth paths for different type of employees
  • Identify Leaders and put them on a fast growth track
  • Design, implement and run a relevant appraisal system within the organization
  • Set training programs which are aligned to company business objectives to increase overall knowledge levels and employee effectiveness
  • Constantly work at increasing overall employee performance within the organization
  • Create a proactive, knowledge and results oriented, positive thinking working environment

Candidate Profile
The right candidate would:
  • Holds an MBA in Human Resources from a reputable institute
  • Has atleast four to five years of experience at heading the HR function in a reasonably large manufacturing organization
  • Is experienced in setting processes afresh as well as streamlining processes already implemented
  • Is experienced in handling talent at multiple levels
  • Can foster teams and work with teams
  • Is presentable
  • Has excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Can make cogent presentations to management and help them in taking HR related decisions
