Job Description
The Banking Relationship Manager position involves owning and running all bank related operations. The assignment includes:
- Managing day to day banking activities with respect to cash-flows
- Using Net based interfaces for banking transactions
- Preparing daily cash positions
- Setting, implementing and running processes for debt repayment schedules
- Working out scenarios w.r.t. bank relationships and it's impact to company finance in conjunction with various different business scenarios
Candidate Profile
The right candidate would:
- Be a Commerce Graduate / CA / MBA – Finance
- Has atleast 4 to 6 years of experience of managing bank relationships
- Is well networked within the banking community
- Is well versed with various bank transactions, instruments, their workings and details
- Is well acquainted with debt raising and re-structuring mechanisms and the related documentation needed
- Having experience in debt raising and / or debt restructuring would be preferred
